Red, Blue, and Senior Group Practice Time Change on Wednesday, Sep. 8:

Groups: Red, Blue, and Senior will have a time change on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.  We will begin practice at 4:30 and go to 6:30 on these days.

Upper White Group Practice Time change, Wednesday, Sep. 8:

The Upper White Group will begin practice at 5:00 PM and go to 6:30 PM starting Wednesday, Sep. 8

Excel Meet (Brentwood, TN) September 24-26.

Practice Info and Times

These times will be accurate until we move back indoors later this fall.  We will plan on being at Carry Matthews until mid to late September or until the weather cools down.  Upon moving to the Aquadome, our practice schedule will change slightly.  Please take note as updates are posted.

Green Group has been merged with the White Group.

White Group:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 3:30 to 5:00

Red:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 5:00 to 7:00
Tuesday, Thursday 4:00 to 6:00

Blue and Senior Groups:
Monday Wednesday, Friday 5:00 to 7:00
Tuesday, Thursday 4:00 to 6:00
